This lentiviral genome-scale CRISPR library targets all ~20,500 protein-coding genes in the human genome. The library is divided into 9 sublibraries defined by biological categories of genes, each with their own negative controls.This library includes safe-targeting controls, gRNAs which target the genome but are not expected to disrupt gene function, in addition to nontargeting controls. The gRNAs vary in length from 17–20 bp, with the truncated gRNAs (17 or 18 bp) having less off-target activi
